If you're experiencing an issue or have a query about Welcome Fit and are unable to find the answer in our knowledge base, please log a support request ticket with the Welcome Fit Support Team.

When submitting a support request please provide the following detail in the ticket fields:

  • Requestor: enter your "email address".

  • Subject: enter your "name" and "company" (if applicable).

  • What type of support do you require: select either "question", "incident" or "problem".

  • Description: describe as clearly as possible the support you require. If there is an issue/problem with Welcome Fit please explain the circumstances that created it, and if possible attach any relevant screen shots.

Once the ticket has been submitted we will do our best to respond as quickly as possible.
