An easy way to become familiar with the screen toggles, is to play a workout by yourself. (Workouts >> Select Workout >> Play Workout).

Coaches don't require any space to conduct a live workout, as exercise clips and the 'client mirror view' enable a great participant experience without the need to personally demonstrate exercises.

Your session will start in 'Face-to-Face' view.

In 1-1's you always see the same view as your client.

In groups, you can see all participants, however participants can only see themselves and you.  i.e. in 'Mirror View', you see all 6 participants, while they see just themselves and you.
