Microphone or Camera not working

What to do when your connection isn't working.

If your camera or microphone isn't working, your browser may have loaded incorrectly.  Here's a few simple tricks:

  • Refresh your page.  If that doesn't work...

  • Close your browser and re-open it...  

  • then log back in and re-join your workout... 

  • and click 'allow' when prompted to give Welcome Fit permission for microphone and camera access.

Your connection should resume without issue.
 

If not, you may have a plugin or extension blocking the camera or mic (e.g. ad-blockers, VPN's or anti-virus).  Please check their settings.

Make sure your browser and device is compatible:

  • iPhones and iPads, use Safari for the most stable streaming.

  • Macs can use Chrome or Safari.  

  • Android and PC, use Chrome or Firefox.
