Welcome to Welcome Fit!

We've created a separate guide for coaches clients who are new to online workouts.  If you are a client,  here's something just for you, if you're a coach, read on!   

To commence online coaching, this article will provide important steps to ensure you maximise all the Welcome Fit features. For further information please go to our main help page.

  1. Do a Solo Workout:  A great way to start without being a live session. 

  2. Create a workout:  Select from our movement library and/or upload and build your own video content for live or assigned on-demand solo client sessions.

  3. Invite clients:  Please Invite your clients via email or by sharing your unique team code.  

  4. Schedule sessions:  Schedule client group or 1:1 workouts that they can review and join.  

  5. Complete a live workout:  This is super easy as a coach and great for participants.
